What made this experience was not only the food, it was the fresh made tortillas. I had the huevos and chorizo, my wife had the mojo de ajo shrimp and sons had burritos. If you need a place that serves up good Mexican I highly suggest.

Initial thoughts on this place we're sketchy. But once I got talking to owner she made it the place feel welcoming and homie. The food takes a little long to get out but the quality is well worth the taste. It was 2130 (9:30pm) when my family and I got there, so to have gotten fresh cut veggies and fresh cooked meat was amazing. Sadly they were out of tortas when I visited, but that was because they cook the bread in house for the day. When you go and you get to have the torta for me, know it's fresh! Overall this place had a great ambiance and service because of the people that work there and poor the heart and soul into it. If I'm ever in the area I would visit again.

Delicious food, tastes real but from the best family kitchen I can imagine. Generous portion, very flavorful. Highly recommend the Chile Rojo Burrito, Chile Relleno and Enchiladas.

HANDS DOWN; the best Mexican restaurant in all of SB county! Growing up in a Mexican household and having the best homemade Mexican food is amazing so when I moved; I always thought I wasn’t going to find anywhere close to my mom’s food. And I found the place! Everything is made fresh and you can tell how much care is put into their food. The owners are so down to earth and the sweetest. I always leave with a smile on my face every single time I come in. I recommend their 3 item plate platter since they have so much to offer and it’s all so delicious.

Some of the best Mexican food I've had has been at a gas station. This ain't no gas station, but it certainly doesn't have the frills. Despite that, the food feels home cooked in the best way possible. Superb!
